This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be issued, in order to ensure clarity for all clients and to preserve the integrity of our caregivers’ schedules and livelihoods. By securing services with us, clients acknowledge and agree to the terms detailed below.

1. GENERAL PRINCIPLES
Our caregivers are highly trained professionals whose time, transportation, and scheduling are coordinated with precision and care. When a caregiver is assigned to a location, we commit resources, time, and staffing arrangements exclusively for that client. As such, our refund policy is designed to uphold fairness, ensure business continuity, and maintain quality service for all clients.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE CAREGIVER IS ON LOCATION
2.1. No Refund After Caregiver Arrival
Once a caregiver has arrived at the client’s location—regardless of the start time, duration spent, or circumstances—the payment for the service period becomes strictly non-refundable.
This includes circumstances where:
The client decides they no longer want the caregiver.
The client feels they made the wrong choice.
Family members change their minds.
Personal preferences or feelings arise after meeting the caregiver.
Situations unrelated to our caregiving service influence the client’s decision.
The moment the caregiver is physically present at the assigned location, Angels On Assignment Nursing Care has already fulfilled key components of the contracted service (assignment of staff, transportation planning, scheduling blocks, and labor commitment). For this reason, absolutely no refunds will be issued after arrival.

3. PREPAID SERVICES – REFUND BEFORE SERVICE DATE
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and clients may need to reconsider their scheduled care before the caregiver begins the assignment.
We therefore offer a structured allowance for refund requests only when the caregiver has not yet started the service or arrived on location.
3.1. Full Refund Only Before 00:00 (Midnight) Following the Day of Payment
If a client prepays for a service and later decides to cancel, they are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation request is made before 00:00 (midnight) of the day following payment.
Example:
If payment is made on Monday, the client must cancel before 00:00 on Tuesday to receive a full refund.
This grace period provides flexibility for clients while also allowing us to manage caregiver scheduling appropriately.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER 00:00 (MIDNIGHT) ON THE FOLLOWING DAY
4.1. Non-Cancellable After Midnight
If a client requests cancellation after 00:00 (midnight) on the day following payment—even if the caregiver has not yet arrived—the booking becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
This policy is necessary because:
The caregiver has already been scheduled.
We turn down other clients based on that assignment.
Operational, administrative, and logistical preparation has been completed.
The caregiver has reserved availability for the client exclusively.
Therefore, any cancellation made after this cut-off time will not qualify for a refund.

5. CREDIT TRANSFERS / SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
To maintain fairness and flexibility, Angels On Assignment Nursing Care may, at its discretion, offer the option to:
Transfer the payment to a new start date, or
Hold the payment as a credit for future service.
This option is only applicable if requested before the caregiver has arrived and may not apply to bookings cancelled after the 00:00 cutoff. Credits are issued case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

6. NO REFUND FOR CLIENT-INITIATED EARLY TERMINATION
If a client chooses to end the service early for any reason—including but not limited to personal preference, changes in family decisions, or dissatisfaction not related to caregiver misconduct—no refund will be issued for unused days or hours.
Clients are encouraged to communicate concerns immediately so we can rectify any issues through:
Replacement caregiver
Service adjustment
Mediation with staff
However, early departure does not warrant a refund.

By making a payment, confirming a booking, or receiving a caregiver from Angels On Assignment Nursing Care, the client automatically acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
